Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.

As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while also contributing to the growth of our business.

Your responsibilities will include building rapport with clients, handling telephone calls and orders, managing enquiries, and promoting our products and services.


Typical Tasks and Activities:

  • Building Rapport: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Handling Calls & Orders: Efficiently manage incoming telephone calls and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with new and existing customers to provide information, updates, and support.
  • Order Management: Effectively manage order requests, provide quotations, and ensure seamless order processing.
  • Query Resolution: Address customer queries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Courier Liaison: Coordinate with courier services to facilitate timely and reliable delivery to our customers.
  • Upselling & Crossselling: Identify opportunities to promote and sell additional products and services to customers.

Requirements:
