Requirements:


  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Articulate, professional, and numerate
  • Experience with Sage Accounts is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and a positive cando attitude
  • Customer service experience essential
  • Work well under pressure & able keep up in a fastpaced working environment
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload


The role of the Sales Executive is to provide a first-class customer service experience whilst maximising sales by upselling additional products.


  • A good understanding of SAGE 50 plus Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and very good accuracy
  • Strong phone presence and experience of sales calls
  • Customer service focus
  • Excellent administration skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
