About us
- At FJ Ratchford, we are building an exciting new team to work within this longestablished family business (since 1889) supplying covering materials for beautiful books and luxury packaging.
Role and Responsibilities:
- This is an interesting and varied role involving working within the team, processing sales orders and invoicing within Sage 50 after goods have been dispatched, notifying customers of delivery schedules, managing deliveries and informing customers, occasionally checking goods in, following up samples, checking invoices, etc.

Sales Ledger Customer Support Role Requirements:
- Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am
- 5 pm with an hour break for lunch.
Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stockport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
