Description
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Quality Assurance team.


As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all QA documents.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining QA documentation and ensuring that all documentation is easily accessible for the QA team and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the Documentation section of the Quality Management system, including the control of all local Quality Management systems and manufacturing documents.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of on line documents that form part of the companies Quality Management system.
  • Ensure latest issue product documentation is available for manufacturing including Engineering/Document Change control
  • Updating and supporting customers with production and Quality documentation including Certificates of analysis.
  • Review, organize and maintain all project documents, including technical reports, drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper naming conventions and document control procedures are followed to maintain consistency and accuracy based on Good Documentation Practices
  • Track project deliverables and maintain accurate records of document revision history.
  • Monitor compliance with document control procedures and provide recommendations for improvements when necessary.
  • Work closely with project teams to provide document control support, including reviewing and verifying documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and other projectrelated documentation.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in a Production environment.
  • Knowledge of document control procedures and processes.
  • Experience working with document management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary:
From £10.84 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
