We are looking for an individual to work as Switchboard Operator within our Announce team who is looking to deliver a first-class client experience no matter what the situation.

You will work in a busy team taking inbound calls on our 'virtual switchboard' for our professional services clients whilst carrying out some administrative activities as required.

If you are looking for a company that offers progression then we have some fantastic opportunities to progress to Senior Virtual Personal Assistants, Supervisor's, Team Leaders and beyond.

Flexibility in working hours is important to us, we need someone who is willing to work 40hrs per week between Monday - Friday

What we are looking for:

Previous telephone/reception/switchboard/customer service/call centre/contact centre experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Previous supervisory/team leader experience is preferred.
A good telephone manner with a passion to deliver a firstclass service.
A 'can do' attitude
Someone who demonstrates the 4P's
