As a
Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects at Aberdeen Depot.

This administrative support position involves various responsibilities to ensure smooth operations, efficient communication, accurate data management and timely project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of Field Service System throughout works lifecycle.
  • Maintain relevant project registers ensuring capture of quote v. actual sales.
  • Assist in Job Card review process throughout month.
  • Produce road space booking forms and coordinate with the central planning team as required.
  • Identify working practises that create operational efficiencies
  • Monitor project delivery to ensure it is in line with sales approach, alerting senior team to any differences which need requoting
  • Communicate clearly, courteously, and effectively with clients.
  • Manage effective communication to ensure resource availability.
  • Ensure accuracy in recording specific client / contractual data.
  • Ensure compliance of all company policies & procedures.
  • Always ensure safe working environment and promote H&S by example.
  • Resolve any H&S reported issues and liaise with the QHSE Manager as required.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to focus on all areas of a task
  • High level competency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills
