Procurement Officer

Main Job Role:

Scheduling inquiries and orders from detailed design drawings
Effectively plan works in conjunction with surveying and operations department to ensure budget requirements and delivery dates are achieved
Working through technical information and drawings and specifying correct materials
Building and maintaining supplier relationships
Effective negotiation and ordering of supplier products and services
Working closely with management to continually improve processes and systems
Build and maintain relationships with a view of gaining confidence in communicative agreements
Aide in the development of accreditation as required by the business development
Using your knowledge and experience, identify process improvements and efficiencies
Always portray the company's image
Overseeing and monitoring Project Managers access/plant requirements
Supporting and assisting Project Managers in their daily roles with reminders and trackers

Salary range £26,500 - £32,000, depending on experience
