We are a well-established and proactive estate agency team who take pride in the service we offer to our clients during what could be a stressful time.
The Role
We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our Estate Agency team working
Saturday and Sunday's 9am -5pm in our North Berwick Office.
- Call all viewers from the previous day and provide feedback to our sellers.
- Maximise lead generation for conveyancing, valuations and IFA both inbound and outbound.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- An uptodate knowledge of the property industry; previous experience would be desirable but not essential
- Experience of providing administrative support in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in all Microsoft packages
- Have excellent social and interpersonal skills dealing with clients
- Have excellent communication, organisational and attention to detail skills
- Take pride in producing high quality, accurate and timely information
- Show excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
