PACKAGE - Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy Practice Desk

  • Basic salary of £2532k
  • Monthly commission structure up to 33%
  • Hybrid working 3 days office / 2 days home (can flex)

This is a boutique agency offering autonomy, a grown-up culture and no helicopter management - it's all about the outputs rather than inputs.

They are looking for a self-motivated Recruitment Consultant, ideally from an Accountancy recruitment background but are open to sector experience.


CANDIDATE - Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy Practice Desk

  • Experienced Recruitment Consultant from an Accountancy / Finance background
  • Able to selfmanage without KPI's and helicopter management
  • Comfortable with remote working
