Unique opportunity to develop your career to Director and take full control of this boutique agency.

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Manager who has the desire to fast-track their career and take full responsibility for the growth and direction of this business.

The owners are on an earn-out and will exit the business creating an MD level opportunity.

It is expected that you are currently placing into the Finance, HR or Marketing sectors with a strong connection to your market.

Interims experience is an advantage. (Other professional staffing sector experience will be considered).

Package - Principal Recruitment Consultant

Basic salary up to £60k (neg)
Car allowance
Hybrid working 3 days WFH per week

Commercially astute, ideally with previous management experience

You may be a Principal Consultant or Division Manager looking for career development and hitting a glass ceiling in your current company.
