    Research Fellow:

Job description Obtained or be about to obtain a PhD in Neuroimmunology or a closely related biomedical area (*laboratory work complete).

  • A Home office personal licence (PIL A, B) or overseas equivalent
  • Recent extensive research experience in immunology, neuroscience, regenerative biology or Multiple Sclerosis research
  • Recent extensive handson experience in
    at least
    two of the following models:
  • Oligodendrocyte progenitor cell culture
  • Organotypic brain slice culture
  • T cell culture
  • Demyelination experimental models
  • Recent, extensive, handson experience in
    three of the following techniques:
  • High purity fluorescence-activated cell sorting
  • Immunohistochemistry and confocal microscopy
  • Intracellular flow cytometry


  • Western blot
