Description

The Faculty of Law is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified person to a University Assistant Professorship in Race, Gender and the Law from 1 October 2023.

The person appointed will teach at undergraduate and postgraduate level, conduct and supervise research, and participate in the general work of the Faculty.


In exceptional circumstances, it may be possible to offer a supplement to the salary range stated for this role of up to 20%.

Any such supplement would be awarded on the basis of a demonstrable history of outstanding achievement and an expected future level of contribution and is entirely at the discretion of the University.

The University has a responsibility to ensure that all employees are eligible to live and work in the UK.
