About The Role
The main purpose of the role is to assist in the management, development and growth of the business. The company want to further develop the strategy specifically around the delivery of enhanced service-based solutions to ensure continued growth and alignment with current & future market trends

The role requires analysis of technologies, platforms, and OEM services in order to assist the Board in formulating the strategic plan.

Once the plan is agreed the role will include responsibility for delivery of the plan in phases to agreed timeframes under programme management.

There will be a requirement from time to time to assist the relevant sales teams in Tenders, RFP's and Client presentations to provide specialist input on AVIT integration, services available in regard to UC's, remote support & monitoring, service dashboards and other related services.


  • To review the current status of proAV managed services systems and infrastructure
  • To recommend upgrade path (probably MS 365) to provide a stable platform with the initial focus on the Helpdesk and all related services — to consider within this deployment interfacing with other client ITSM platforms via API's & ebonding for closer client alignment
  • To oversee implementation and roll out within the service business — potentially then to extend out to the remainder of the business
  • To review and recommend remote support & monitoring solutions that the company can sell 'as a service' to its client base both current & future and working with the technology teams to oversee implementation
  • To assist SMT in the development of enhanced commercial models that provide a standardsbased service catalogue
  • To review current trends in the unified comms marketplace and advise on support solutions necessary to support & maintain all products
  • To assist in the development of the companies AV & IT integration policies as technologies merge and revue commercial opportunities within
  • To assist on the ongoing development of the company's strategic global partners
  • Review of the company's current ITIL status and provide any recommendations to further enhance the status by individual and company
  • To identify, develop & work with strategic partners to assist in the growth of the business
  • To work on specific projects/assignments as required by the Board from time to time
