About the role:


Ashbrookes is an Award Winning Estate Agency that currently operates across the North East with our branches being located in Middlesbrough(Head Office), Acklam, Yarm and Sunderland.


Duties:


  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings
  • Supporting the Lettings Manager/Branch Manager
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
  • Support the team with any adhoc administrative tasks as needed
  • Responsible for lettings administration, ensuring all records relevant to the role are completed promptly and are accurate
  • Assisting with viewings, Photos, floor plans and recording virtual viewings as and when required
  • Ensuring the systems and processes are up to date and adhered to
  • Coordinate and administrate meetings, ensuring all papers are accurate and agenda is agreed by the Lettings Manager

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • A background in Lettings Admin/Estate Agency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Organizational: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients
  • Administrative: Experience in performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and scheduling

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
