We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our IT department, the perfect role for someone with excellent administrational skills and someone who is extremely organised.


This position will be supporting our TriConnex and eSmart Networks businesses as well as our wider group companies as we continue with a major business transformation project.

So, what will you be doing?


You will work within our IT team, carrying out several key administrative tasks, you will help ensure the team follow correct process, providing guidance and assistants where required and necessary.

Other key elements will include the buying IT services & equipment (hardware & software) from a set list of approved suppliers, processing of invoices (ensuring stock has matching invoice/asset numbers), running reports and maintaining accurate stock levels and records.


The Person:

To be successful within this role, you will have demonstrable administrative experience. You will possess strong organisation and time management skills, alongside experience of working to tight deadlines.


You will also have:

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.);
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally;
  • Flexible working approach
  • A positive, cando attitude, 'making it happen', with the ability to work to tight deadlines;
  • The ability to work as part of a team, sharing best practise and challenge assumption, finding better ways in completing tasks.
