About the Role

  • Previous experience as a Facilities Contract Manager
  • Office based in SW and will visit client sites in South London and the South Coast
  • Must be experienced in this field with relevant qualifications
  • Must be committed to finishing off the task at hand to a deadline
  • Working in demanding & critical environments with tight deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and driven to reach high standards
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willing to travel to various sites across the UK, staying away at times, is to be expected
  • Provide support to the Works Project Manager on the management and control of the facilities management contract
