WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


  • Assisting clients in implementation and administration of UK companies, Limited Partnerships or foreign entities tax resident in the UK;
  • Handling the daytoday operations of structures and responding to clients' requests;
  • Keeping company books and preparing periodic reports;
  • Preparing statutory financial statements and maintaining contact with auditors when applicable;
  • Preparing VAT returns and assisting tax advisors regarding corporation tax and CIS;
  • Cash management responsibilities;
  • Taking part in developing restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with appropriate legal/ tax advice; and
  • Contributing to board meetings.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You should have a 2.2 degree (or above);
  • You have an interest in accounting for investment products;
  • You are interested in pursuing further professional development through the a professional pathway (ACA, ACCA etc.); and
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills, you prioritise teamwork, reliability and being organized and you take the initiative to solve problems and generate results.
