Thisis where standout talent advances what's possible in fund administration, corporate services, depositary services, transfer pricing, domiciliation, management company services, loan administration, agency services, trade settlement and CLO manager servicesWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assisting clients in implementation and administration of UK companies, Limited Partnerships or foreign entities tax resident in the UK;
- Handling the daytoday operations of structures and responding to clients' requests;
- Keeping company books and preparing periodic reports;
- Preparing statutory financial statements and maintaining contact with auditors when applicable;
- Preparing VAT returns and assisting tax advisors regarding corporation tax and CIS;
- Cash management responsibilities;
- Taking part in developing restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with appropriate legal/ tax advice; and
- Contributing to board meetings.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You should have a 2.2 degree (or above);
- You have an interest in accounting for investment products;
- You are interested in pursuing further professional development through the a professional pathway (ACA, ACCA etc.); and
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills, you prioritise teamwork, reliability and being organized and you take the initiative to solve problems and generate results.
