    Description

    Our industry-leading hotel restaurant client, located just outside the vibrant city of Glasgow, is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their esteemed kitchen brigade.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to develop their career in the culinary industry.

    What you will get in your new role * Excellent salary of £27,976 per annum * Clear progression path and support * Free gym membership * Delicious free meals on shift * Discounts across the business * Exciting company social events * Complimentary on-site parkingResponsibilities in your new role as a Chef de Partie * Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to recipes and guidelines provided * Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as necessary * Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies * Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchenYour personality, experience and qualificationsWe are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie role, possessing extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.

    The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of food safety regulations and procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
