    CTO - LLM StartUp £120,000-£140,000 + STRONG EQUITY + BENEFITS
    Hybrid with Central London office - 1-2 days a week

    This exciting AI-driven startup is looking for a CTO to help them drive their Data strategy to productionise their LLM-based product.

    They have a 3-4 team that are building the product, where you will be driving the Tech strategy whilst remaining hands on when needed as a Technical Lead

    Working closely with the two founders and tech team
    Establishing and creating the core Tech Strategy
    Maintaining strong governance, security, risk management, IT policies and procedures
    Managing core tech budgets
    Specifying software architecture and platform strategy
    A background in leading technology teams, with previous LLM experience in industry
    Experience in software architecture and platform development
