Liquor brand ambassadors across the UK are responsible for delivering exceptional service, sharing their knowledge to support customers in their airport shopping experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Merchandising.

  • All products are displayed as per planogram and merchandising guidelines.
  • Report any broken or damaged boxes.
  • All price labels and promotion labels are correctly displayed.
  • Build instore relationships with the DUFRY team and engage wider team with training.
  • Stock Availability Report any OOS and support to replenish and Ensure shelf stock is in line with Expectations.
  • BA will be responsible to communicate brand stories and products details to customers.
  • Confident to carry out Tasting.
  • An ability to engage with Variety customers.
  • BA will be responsible to achieve sales targets.
  • Support in airport campaigns and activations.

Salary:
From £12.50 per hour

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
