Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to work permanently for a client that partners with healthcare companies and organisations to provide personalized solutions.

As the Nurse you will be working in the Southwest area.

This is field based and will require you to travel to travel to individuals' homes to provide the care required, completing all the administration related.

You will be expected to use practice-based evidence to support clinical care (e.g. cannulation, phlebotomy, injection techniques). You will have many responsibilities which will include administer medication, reporting and recording. You will report adverseevents or complaints to ensure you deliver the correct care following the company policy MHRA guidance.

The post holder will be working with an established back-office team that will include planners and team leaders who will be able to ensure your focus is on the patient.

This role is a great opportunity for a Nurse that is looking to use their skills one to one with patients with acute medical needs in the community.

We would like to speak to a nurse who has;

A valid NMC pin
Experience in an acute care setting
Experience in administration on chemotherapy
Effective communication skills
Proven adaptability skills, good planning, organisation and time management skills
Cannulation and phlebotomy skills
