Do you want a Permanent role as a Nurse in Brighton and Hove in a Project for a leading charity who are an instantly recognisable international Brand?

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be part of a team delivering a vital service to the Homeless in the area.

This is a CQC registered service that is both Drop-In and Outreach supporting the most vulnerable in the community.

Permanent Position - Working Hours: Up to 25 hours per week

This project is developing Health promotion initiatives for homeless people around their self-care and encouraging them to access services available whilst respecting their lifestyle choices.

These services may be, not exclusively:

GP
Dentist
Vaccinations
Physiotherapy
Diabetes
Substance misuse
Signpost to Benefits

You will provide quality wound care, advice and treatment and liaise with other agencies by Signposting, Referrals, Recording and Safeguarding.

Your team consists of other Health Professionals, including such a Podiatrist, and a team of volunteers and positivelyengaging with all in building positive relationships.

You will receive:
