We have a fantastic opportunity for Meeting and Events Night set-up Supervisor to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England's leading Hotel and Resort.

We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for golf.

We have a really exciting year ahead at The Belfry, starting with hosting The British Masters in June 2023, and continuing with the launch of new training and development opportunities and incentives.


The Belfry Meetings and Events
At The Belfry we have beautiful event spaces.

Our comprehensive and stylish meeting facilities comprise of 24 conference and banqueting rooms and can cater for a variety of events from board meetings to a full-scale conference or a product launch.

The resort also caters for more leisure based events such as weddings, christenings and birthday celebrations.


Salary
The on-target earning potential for this role is £28,435 annual salary, compromising of a base salary of £26,466 plus a qualified estimate of £1900 gratuities per annum


About the role


As the night set-up supervisor, you will be responsible for the setup of meetings and events for the upcoming days.


You will also be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Management team in supplying excellent customer care and service
  • To ensure Conference rooms are set to hotel standard
  • Ensure all BEO set up details are understood and clarified when required
  • Maintain health and safety standards within setup team
  • Occasionally conduct organiser meet and greets

About you

In addition, you will be:

  • Standardsdriven, with a fantastic eye for detail
  • Problemsolver, experienced in taking the initiative and achieving seamless services
  • Able to develop strong relationships with your guests, team, and colleagues
  • Experience managing a team
  • Used to working nights into morning
