We have a fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Administrator to work in our dynamic team to join The Belfry Hotel and Resort, England's leading Hotel and Resort.

Our award-winning resort has 320 bedrooms, Rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities, and of course what we are famous for golf.


About the role


This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week from Tuesday-Friday, we are flexible on timings across these four days.


The Food & Beverage Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Director and Food & Beverage Heads of Departments with our dynamic and award-winning operational admin.


As our Food & Beverage Administrator, you will be the central point of contact for the department, supporting the team to be achieve our goals.


Duties of the role include:

  • Serving as the central point of contact for the F&B department to facilitate effective communication with other departments.
  • Processing weekly and monthly F&B reports to help ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Supporting compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations
  • Managing invoicing, supporting the F&B ordering, stock taking and maintenance processes
  • Organising, attending, and minuting department meetings, training sessions and performance reviews
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Managing projects and following up with project leads

Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £ annual salary, compromising of a base salary of £ plus a qualified estimate of £884 gratuities per annum
