Description

The first stage of managing a person's claim starts by getting a detailed understanding of what happened and making sure their policy covers their claim.

Then you'll need to tap in to your investigative skills to determine who was responsible for the motor traffic collision or injury.

You'll collect and analyse information such as pictures of the incident, statements from those involved to reports from technical specialists.

Once all this information has been captured into our systems you'll be in a position to determine the claims damage to either the insured or third party.

We know our customers will want their claim resolved as quickly as possible, but only once you've completed all the necessary stages will you then be able to make a decision on the value of the pay out and make sure everyone get the amount they're due.


This role requires no previous experience, just a willing individual looking to join a fast-growing company with fantastic progression and training opportunities.
