Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
  • Perform order entry tasks and maintain inventory records
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing messages and proofreading documents
