Receptionist/administrator - Billingham, United Kingdom - IRIS
Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform order entry tasks and maintain inventory records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing messages and proofreading documents
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary:
From £11.20 per hour
