Duties & Responsibilities of the Operations Manager
- Management and ownership of operations for your event(s)
- Budget responsibilities, including management of cost trackers and regularly forecasting operations costs
- Ensure a highquality customer experience pre, during and post the events.
- Ensure services from suppliers are all delivered to the highest standards
- Oversee creation and maintenance of the Exhibitor Manual
- Manage the contractor selection processes
- Management of all comms with contractors
- Manage the floorplan(s), adhering to all technical requirements of the venue and event
- Research, including visiting other events
- Full onsite management of the event(s) including buildup and breakdown.
- Work with Operations Execs to ensure all processes and systems are up to date
- Washup conduct full debrief / wash up of event and any postshow report as required
