Training Employment Co-Ordinator

Norwich NR- based in the office on site
Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm


You must have a basic DBS in place to start this role and up to date once appointed a job offer
Are you well organised, with excellent communication skills and a can do, positive attitude, then this is the role for you


Responsibilities:


  • You must have a basic up to date DBS upon job offer
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Welcoming visitors to the centre and directed to the service they are seeking
  • Coordinate all training centre activity, diary management, activity timetabling
  • Reception duties
  • Ensure all participants receive a tour of the training and employment centre facilities when they arrive for the first time
  • Answering general queries
  • Petty cash
  • Liaising with the marketing team to ensure all display boards are updated and any promotional material or information is correct and up to date
  • Mail duties
  • Ordering stationery
  • Employability experience is not needed for this role
  • Attending meetings

Skills and Qualifications required:


  • Competent Microsoft experience Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work on own initiative.

Salary and Benefits:


  • Salary: £20,800 to £26,000 per annum
  • Fixed term contract to the end of December 202 25 days holiday per annum + stats with option to purchase additional annual leave
