We are recruiting for an Administrator to start with our growing client in the Birmingham area. Our client specialise in organising uniforms for hotels and cruise lines in Europe and the Middle East. With opportunities to go on installations to these abroad clients. This is a full time, office based, permanent opportunity.

As an Administrator your duties will include:

  • Ensuring all orders are processed within a period of 12 hours.
  • Answering incoming calls to the office.
  • Liaising with external courier services / custom agents.
  • Keeping filing up to date either by manual or electronic method.
  • Monitoring of pending order reports to ensure visibility and agreed service levels.
  • Attending, when necessary, client installations in the UK or abroad.
  • General Administrator duties.
  • Have previous experience in Administrator positions.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a perfectionist when it comes to your work.
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.

Information for this Administrator opportunity:


  • Monday
  • Friday.
  • 37.5 hours per week flexible between 8am 8pm.
- £24,000 annual salary.

  • Free parking.
  • Opportunity to travel overseas.

Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
