Receptionist
We are looking for a Sponsor Visits Officer to manage a personalised service for sponsors enabling them to visit their sponsored child.

Circa £12,375 (FTE £21,255) per annum, depending on experience + good range of benefits
About the role:
We're looking for an experienced, professional receptionist to provide morning and absence cover reception services to our UK Staff, visitors, and callers at the organisation's Milton Keynes offices.
This is a varied role which includes:
managing the switchboard; welcoming visitors and carrying out a range of administrative tasks.
All applicants must be willing to work within a Christian framework and be sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.
To bring the enthusiasm, skills, and abilities we are looking for - you are likely to:
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a clear speaking voice, quickly becoming the face and voice of the organisation to their many visitors and callers.
- Enjoy working in a vibrant reception environment, multitasking, and dealing with simultaneous demands in a calm, unflustered manner.
- Be a competent user of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be comfortable working as part of a team, and on your own initiative as required.
To perform well in this role, you'll need:
- GCSEs
- MS Office experience
- Word and Excel in particular at least to Intermediate standard
- Proven experience in managing a busy physical reception or admin function
- Proven interpersonal skills and experience in working within a flexible team
- Positive demeanour and solutionfocused.
- Numerate with excellent attention to detail
