Academy1sports College is looking for a passionate Lecturer want to work with 16-18-year academy students in a sporting environment.

Academy1sports College has been running for over 10 years and currently deliver across several locations within London and surrounding area e.g.

Essex.

The Academy has a proven track record for developing learners within a Sporting environment and is looking for a Lecturer to continue delivering an engaging programme to our learners.

Responsibilities of the Lecturer would include

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To teach effectively (including the necessary preparation) using a variety of methods on appropriate programmes.
To ensure that learners behave in a responsible manner to a high standard of safety in classrooms, practical areas and around the location.
Manage and monitor all learner evidence in accordance with company and awarding body requirements.
Marking assessments, giving feedback and maintain records of learner's progress and development.
To undertake appropriate training and Continuing Professional Development activities as part of your role as Sports Lecturer.
To comply with the requirements of Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults, Prevent, Health and Safety and other Academy1 Sports College policies including Equality and Diversity.
Maintain regular communication with senior staff.
Lead, inspire and support learners with different abilities. And to respond to the personal and social needs of learners in the learning situation.
Field any pastoral requirements learners may have, signposting them to relevant specialist within Academy1 Sports college.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
