Description
To teach on Short course programmes as required

  • Sports Coaching, Customer Service Employability and Functional skills
  • To ensure programmes delivered by the organisation meet the relevant curriculum.
  • To assist/ be responsible for identified units of study and where appropriate undertake lead tutor responsibilities for a named group of learners.
  • Liaise with; traineeship manager, administrators, support staff, parents, external staff and students.
  • To attend all staff and standardisation meetings, and other meetings, as required.
  • To plan, teach and assess in line with the Qualification and Ofsted standards.
  • To ensure internal verification measures are complete as required.
  • To maintain own CPD to enhance the organisation.
  • To deliver high quality informative lessons based around customer service or sports coaching.
  • Provide high quality lessons on employability elements
  • Help guide students through Functional skills in Maths and English if required.
  • To prepare session plans, as appropriate, in accordance with participants needs and programme needs.
  • To complete registers for attendees of programme, where necessary.
  • To ensure all paperwork for programmes is submitted and stored correctly.
  • To keep up to date with all education programmes run.
  • To raise awareness and promote programmes.
  • To support learners in their next steps on completion of traineeships.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
