Copywriter
Are you a copywriting superhero, ready to join our team and deliver amazing things?

We are Benefex, a technology business in the heart of Southampton enjoying a period of rapid growth.

There's never been a more exciting time to join our Communications team, to help spread the word on the amazing world of employee experience, benefits, wellbeing and more.


Responsibilities/Role Overview

In this customer-facing role, you'll be:

  • supporting our brilliant portfolio of customers when it comes to communicating with their employees;
- working at pace, supporting some of the biggest and most well-known brands both nationally and internationally;
- working with our in-house design team to bring your copy to life;
- given the chance to create sub-brands and concepts for our new customers' benefit schemes;
- talking with our customers to understand their needs and delivering top-notch copy and communications plans;
- liaising with departments across the business on a day-to-day basis to support your accounts and customers.


What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you'll:

  • be a keen writer with a love of content;
- have a keen eye for detail and be ruthlessly organised;
- have at least two years of copywriting experience and be able to demonstrate writing experience across a wide breadth and depth of styles. Ideally, that experience would be from an Internal Communications or Marketing role;
- be comfortable working in a fast-moving and occasionally pressurised environment and will be able to demonstrate high levels of autonomy;
- have account management experience or experience in a customer-facing role.

Online tests in numeracy and logical reasoning

Interview with the hiring manager and a member of the team

Final interview with the Director
