Description

Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant
Grade B, £2,719 - £2,768 depending on length of service
5 hrs per week Mon - Fri) term time only
Permanent

Required for 11th March 2024 (or as soon as possible thereafter)

Duties include:
Ensuring the safety and security of the lunchtime environment
Supervising pupils in the dining hall
Helping children to eat their lunch and encouraging good table manners
Closely supervising and interacting with pupils on the playground and promoting positive play
Being responsible for the care and well-being of pupils
Liaising with colleagues and reporting accidents and other incidents to relevant staff

We are looking for someone with relevant skills and experience who relates well to children and who can inspire their trust and respect.

Understanding the personal and social needs of children is essential, as are good communication and organisational skills. Flexibility to work with children across all primary age-ranges is also required.
