Our client is looking for a driver's Mate, based in LE3 area of Leicester.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person with particular industry experience in the role of Drivers Mate, to enhance their career.
Starting next week, this is a short-term job


Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Hours 9am to 5pm
  • LE3 Area

The successful Drivers Mate will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide assistance for professional drivers and unload and load household goods.
  • Ensuring goods are loaded and unloaded manually and safely.
  • Assisting with the securement of loads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer team personnel.
  • Work autonomously and with professional drivers.
  • Relevant Drivers Mate experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Curiosity to develop new skills related to Drivers Mate.

Salary:
£10.42 per hour


Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glenfield, Leicestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
