Cleaners - £20,971 per annum, pro rata
Porters - £21,342 per annum, pro rata

Who are we?
Estates & Facilities are a large multidisciplinary team that look after the development, maintenance, safety and security of over 150 buildings across various sites including a wide variety of world class teaching and research facilities, a range of diverse accommodation for over 3500 students across three student villages as well as caring for our beautifully landscaped grounds.
The opportunity
Here's a little bit more about the two opportunities:
Cleaners - We are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the buildings in our beautiful Newcastle City campus.
Our team of over 200 colleagues are responsible for periodic cleaning routines, particularly around frequently touched services as well as deeper cleaning routines.
We provide ourselves in the standards we have in place and our team are valued by our internal colleagues for the service they provide.
Porters - We provide a range of services to our academic and professional colleagues including being a font of all knowledge for colleagues, students, and visitors.
We work closely with our security teams by identifying risks and we make routine checks to make sure our buildings adequately maintained and a safe place for all.
It is a really wide-ranging role with lots of opportunities for variety in your day.We are looking for people with experience of working as part of a team in a customer focused environment.
