Reed Legal are currently working in partnership with a well-established firm of solicitors who are looking for a Post Completion Assistant.

This role is to provide support to the Sale & Purchase teams by preparing files for completion and undertaking post-completionwork.


Duties:


  • Submit AP1's to Land Registry
  • Deal with Discharges
  • Liaise with Lenders.
  • Ensure the correct signed documents are on file
  • Deal with requisitions
  • Needs to have the ability to use Lender and Land Registry portals.
  • An understanding of Conveyancing
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Knows how to use the Lender and Land Registry Portals.
