Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team in a highly regarded law firm based in Liverpool City Centre.
- As the first point of contact you will be well presented. You must have excellent communication skills both oral and written, possess a calm persona, a positive and proactive attitude and have first class customer service skills.
- Ensuring that internal and external calls are dealt with in a professional manner.
- Liaising with clients and other visitors to the office.
- Setting up meetings and arranging appointments.
- Maintain standards by monitoring the meeting rooms to ensure that they are tidy and presentable and arranging refreshments.
- You will be dealing with a range of administration tasks, some day to day such as dealing with the post, photocopying, scanning, filing and scheduling and others that are project based.
- Ordering office supplies as and when required.
- Providing support to your colleagues and the management team as required
