Commercial Dispute Resolution - East Sussex - Hybrid - 2-6PQE

Sussex based Solicitors with 5 offices and over 150 staff across the board are looking for a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor in their expanding commercial team.

This client has a high-quality established client base and the significant experience in advising on a range of business dispute areas including:

Sales of goods and services
Debt recovery
Breach of contract
Business ownership, management and investment
Property and Landlord and Tenant
Partnerships
Intellectual Property disputes including trademark disputes, passing off, copyright infringement etc

This is a great opportunity for Solicitors with experience of running a caseload with mínimal supervision, to carve a career in a high-achieving team, based from the Eastbourne office.

Salary:
circa £45K
+ Dependent on experience
