Purpose & Scope of the Job
To ensure the daily executive administration and marketing duties for the charity.


Position in Organisation

Reports to:
The Chief Executive Officer.

Responsible For:
The administration and marketing needs of the CEO and the charity.


Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the CEO to build relationships and trust in partners to develop Link to Change's ambition and strategy.
  • Ensure that the aims and values of the charity are communicated to all staff, beneficiaries and other key stakeholders.
  • Undertaking of a variety of administrative tasks to assist the CEO with strategic development and operations.
  • Support the charities communication processes both internally and externally.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Designing and implementing systems to contribute to the longterm strategy of the charity.
  • Organise ideas and information to highlight the strategical significant elements in all communications.
  • Creation and assistance with the collation of information for of all marketing and promotional material in line with the communications and fundraising strategies.
  • Support the management team in the organisation of fundraising and project activities.
  • Assist in monitoring active marketing programmes and developing ways to improve all communications.
  • Update and deliver on marketing activities in line with the communications strategy (including social media and website).
  • Organisation, booking and marketing of all commercial training.
  • Evaluate marketing activities using diagnosis skills, tracking and analysis to assess the results.
  • Undertaking office duties, such as stationary orders, health and safety, liaising with outside companies.
  • Assist with presentations and production of corporate documentation and information of a consistent high quality by assembling videos, slideshows, documents and other key materials.
  • Assist in understanding competitor analysis, in line with the charity's needs.
  • Assist the CEO and bookkeeper with all relevant tasks in their absence including; payroll, expenses and other related duties.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
