Welpol are a contract cleaning company covering Northampton and surrounding villages. We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy cleaner / caretaker to work weekends in Dallington, NN5.

The role involves taking responsibility for unlocking a community centre at the weekend to allow access for users and then carrying out a clean of the premises at the end of the period of hire / use and securing the building thereafter.

The successful applicant will need to be able to offer flexibility in timing as the centre is used by different groups / organisations and for different purposes each weekend and so times of work may vary.

Details of bookings for each weekend will be provided as far in advance as possible.

You will need to be available to attend and unlock the centre but will not need to stay on site whilst the centre is in use.

You will then need to return at the conclusion of the booking time to clean and lock up. Ideally therefore the successful applicant will be local.

You will be employed on a permanent contract and paid
£14 per hour.

- a driving licence and access to own vehicle (or live within walking distance of the centre)
- ability to take responsibility for opening and securing premises before and after the clean

Job Types:

Pay:
£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: - 6 per week

Schedule:
