Salary 1- Range 5-7 of the NJC pay framework for Support Staff, £22,736 - £23,585 per annum (reduced to £7,736 - £8,102 per annum pro rata) to reflect the reduced working nature of this role. Standard practice is to appoint at bottom of scale.

Working as part of the IT Services Team to provide a print and copy service to staff, students, and third parties where capacity allows, providing help, assistance, and guidance with regard to print and copy needs.

This may include such activities as page layout and finishing options.


Day to day duties will include organisation of the print and copy workload, laminating, binding and other duties consummate with print and copy needs and requirements and will include stock control and the order input of stock orders.


The Print & Copy Administrator will be expected to use and be familiar with a range of print and copy equipment (printers, laminators, etc.).

Other administrative duties within IT Services may also be required, such as assessing equipment, assisting with unpacking of new machines, and more.
