Pettigrew Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a developer based in Larbert as they look to appoint an Aftersales Coordinator to their team.

They sustain a prominent position in the market and offering high quality homes to their customers across the range of brands within their family of businesses under their operation.

Their office is bright, spacious and welcoming with great transport links nearby and plenty parking facilities.

The aftersales department is integral to the experience they wish to provide their customers, and with planned expansion, they have prioritised adding to this team to ensure these standards are maintained.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager for the group, the successful individual will be expected to carry out the following duties day to day:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and responding to customer complaints.
Walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
Data input.
Arranging meetings and appointments.
Liaising with subcontractors.
Managing the diaries of the maintenance team.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a professional attitude towards their work, is enthusiastic, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, has experience of planning and coordinating sub-contractors and is organised and confident in their ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
