Are you a joinery supervisor with experience in new build housing and looking for stability during a time of uncertainty?

Pettigrew Recruitment is working alongside one of Perthshire's most reputable housebuilder's as they seek to add a Joinery Foreman to their site team.

Working alongside a Site Manager and working on a development in Scone you will be responsible for the following:

Coordinating construction work and resources to meet programme.
Producing schedules and monitor attendance of sub contract trades and labour on site.
Allocating general and daily responsibilities.
Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget.
Resolve problems when they arise.
Liaise regularly with management on progress and problems that occur.

To be shortlisted for this role, it is essential you come from a trades background and preference will be given to a joinery bias due to the nature of the work involved.
