An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a full-time role - 'Training Coordinator'.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Location:
Our offices in Cardenden, Fife. Based 5 minutes drive from Lochgelly junction of the A92
Reporting to:
Training Manager
Some of the main duties of the role include:
- Support and co-ordinate the delivery of training courses
- Diary management
- Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices
- Take and process bookings
- Produce and send joining instructions
- Liaise with new and longstanding customers
- Provide accurate information and advice on training requirements
- Create quotes
- Coordinate the use of training materials, resources and equipment
- Provide support to trainers, assessors and learners
- Support with the creation of new training courses / materials
- Support with the delivery of centre qualifications including registration and certification
Job Types:

From £21,944.00 per year
