Location:
Our offices in Cardenden, Fife. Based 5 minutes drive from Lochgelly junction of the A92


Reporting to:
Training Manager


Due to the need for expansion we are delighted to be looking for an experienced Training Administrator to join our admin team.

Experience from a learning and development background is preferable but not essential. Construction industry experience would also be helpful but not essential as training will be given.


Some of the main duties of the role include:

  • Diary management
  • Take and process bookings
  • Produce and send joining instructions
  • Liaise with new and longstanding customers
  • Provide accurate information and advice to customers on training requirements
  • Create quotes
  • Coordinate the use of training materials, resources and equipment
  • Provide support to trainers, assessors and learners

Skills and experience required

  • At least 3 years experience working in a busy and demanding office role
  • Excellent IT skills and a full working knowledge of MS office suite
  • Be highly motivated with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Have strong organisational and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Have a positive and proactive attitude
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
