Role Summary


Are you a results-driven Business Development Manager with a hunger for driving sales and generating new business? eClerx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in London.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our AI technology products to clients across various industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for eClerx AI technology products, with a focus on generating business from new companies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, identifying key decisionmakers and influencers within each organization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify & customize products that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Create proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our AI technology products, tailored to each client's specific requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring winwin outcomes for both parties
  • Track and report on sales activity and results, analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and advancements in AI technology, proactively educating clients on the latest developments and their potential benefits
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our AI technology products, representing eClerx with professionalism and expertise

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to run the sales process independently, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our AI technology products
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Experience working with AI technology products and understanding of key industries
  • Consumer Brands, Hi-Tech, Retail, B2B
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a hunger to succeed in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
