We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and improve processes

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £23,942.71 per year
