Luxury Sales Advisor | London | Full Time | £25,000 - £28,000 per year + bonus's
This is an exciting opportunity, for you to join and contribute to a long-standing, established and renowned name in the print industry

We are a well-known, up-market social stationery company, that is building and expanding its dynamic and creative team where individual strengths can be showcased

Due to expansion, they are currently looking to appoint a Luxury Sales Advisor to build and maintain relationships with some of their high-profile clients.

Are you the right person for the job?

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to discuss confidently with customers product and pricing options
Professional and approachable
Analytical skills for analysing clients' data
Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office
Outstanding problemsolving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Advanced negotiation and motivational skills
Excellent multitasking and time management skills

What will your role look like?

Establish and nurture relationships with past and potential customers
Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
Ensure the customer receives a service which is second to none
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
Work with customers to create bespoke products
Manage your own diary to ensure effective time management
