Description
Pentagon Freight Aberdeen are looking for a Dangerous Goods Instructor for our Aberdeen facility. The role will support the business aims by delivering high quality training to internal and external customers. Ensuring the effective design, delivery, evaluation and management of training requirements.


Duties will include:

  • Developing and delivering training materials for internal and external customers, within scope of knowledge, training qualifications and customer requirements
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and training records
  • Actively identifying external training opportunities to maximise the activities of the team
  • Undertaking continuous personal development to ensure knowledge is up to date
  • Previous experience working with Dangerous Goods in air, sea and road


  • Industry certification

  • CAA approved instructor/DGSA
  • Excellent presentations skills
  • Projects professional image and high level of personal credibility
  • Ability to create and deliver training courses
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to show initiative and deliver solutions
Forklift certification may be beneficial however not essential
